our forms

The email list sign-ups and the contact form collect the details you type in: your name, email address, and, on some forms, your organization name, job title or role, and your answers to the questions on that page. They also record whether you ticked a box to receive updates.

When you submit a form, our website emails the information to our inbox at info@volunteersatx.org using Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself doesn't store it. Resend keeps a record of the emails it delivers for a limited time. How it handles information is described in Resend's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

We use what you send to reply to you and, if you asked for them, to send updates about Volunteer SATX.

donations

Donations are made through Zeffy, an independent donation platform that appears on our donate page. Payment details are entered on Zeffy's form and are handled by Zeffy and its payment partners, not by this website. How Zeffy uses your information is described in Zeffy's privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

cookies

This website doesn't use cookies or analytics of its own. The donation form on the donate page is run by Zeffy, which may set its own cookies and use its own analytics and advertising tools. We don't control those; Zeffy's privacy policy, linked above, describes them.

sharing

We don't sell your information. It is shared only with the services that make the site work: Resend for the form emails and Zeffy for donations, as described above.

removal and questions

To stop receiving updates, or to ask us to remove information you've sent us, email info@volunteersatx.org.
